MEETING FACILITATION WITH CARE & SKILL

This highly interactive workshop will help you learn how to facilitate effective meetings, including skills such as:

Summarizing the sense of the meeting
Stepping in when someone is speaking too long
What to do when conflicts arise in the group
Alternate formats to supplement general discussion
Active listening
Honoring dissenting voices while still moving things forward
And other situations as raised by participants . . .

Please register in advance so we can plan appropriately. Participants are asked to bring a vegetarian potluck lunch contribution with ingredients labeled, and your own place setting (dishes, silverware, cup).
